Shipping & Delivery

When will i receive my order?

Once your order is processed, we proceed with the manufacture of the products as well as their delivery. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by local couriers and parcel services, but we do everything we can to ensure that our customers receive their order as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping duration times?

Please see the estimated shipping time below.

  • The U.S : 1 – 3 weeks
  • Canada : 1 – 4 weeks
  • Europe : 1 – 3 weeks
  • Australia & NZ : 1 – 4 weeks
  • Worldwide: 2 – 6 weeks+

This is the estimated shipping time, not a guarantee. In rare cases, delays might happen and it will slowdown the delivery process. We hope you understand that this is beyond our control. Signature might be required upon delivery. If nobody is at home, a notice will be left with pick up details. Please track package’s status once every few days. If your order hasn’t arrived after the deadline, please contact your local post with the tracking number given in the email.

From where will my order be shipped from?

If the destination of the order is the U.S.A. , then your order will probably ship from one of our fulfillment stations in the U.S.A.

If the destination of the order is Canada, then your order will most likely ship from Toronto.

If the destination of the order is Europe, then your order will ship from either Latvia or Spain.

If the destination of the order is Australia, then your order will probably ship from Brisbane.

If the destination of the order is anywhere else in the world, then the order will ship from the closest fulfillment station.

The location from where your order will be shipped from depends on the destination of the order and on the stock available at the fulfillement stations, so the preceding information is always subject to change depending on a variety of factors.

I have purchased an order a few days ago but it has not been shipped yet. Why?

After you place the order, please allow 1 – 5 business days for processing time. This is the time we need to prepare the products, not the shipping time.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered, the average is $4.49  per order or 4.49€ per order. The shipping might be cheaper if the order includes multiple products. The bigger and heavier the product is, the higher the shipping costs tend to be. The shipping costs are calculated when you checkout.

There has been no tracking updates for a month now. Did my package get lost?

It means that it’s still in transit and this process might take a few weeks. If it took longer than 5 weeks, please contact us.

My tracking information says “Delivered” but i did not received it.

Please track which carrier from your country is responsible for the delivery. Contact them and give them your tracking information.

Why did i get more than one tracking number?

We send your items out separate because sometimes we don’t have it in stock at the moment and need time to prepare them.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
We do not issue refunds once the order is already being fulfilled or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order , we can cancel your order and refund your money!
 
Can I return an item for a full refund?

We do not accept returns in case of wrong size selection. We provide a detailed sizing guide for each product, it is the buyer’s responsibility to rely on it. We are only able to accept a return and full refund in the event of a proven defect in the product.

Our items undergo extremely strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your product has any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (if possible in the original packaging) to admin@westernaesthetics.com along with your order number. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and must be returned in the original packaging. You have 30 days to return an item.

 
Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?

All of our textiles come with a size guide to help our friendly customers avoid this kind of inconvenience. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that purchasing such an item can cause great frustration.

How are your products packaged for shipment?

Apparel
Apparel products are generally packaged in polymer mailers. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate polymer bag, we then place them all together in a polymer mailer. 

Hats
Hats are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes.

Home & living
Most sublimated items go in polymer mailers. Mugs are packaged in cardboard boxes. 

Wall art
Canvases also come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions of 12 × 18 × 2 to 28 × 38 × 6 in.

Framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they’re encased in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap to add extra protection during shipment.

Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps.

Payment Methods

Paypal

You can pay for you order using PayPal. It’s a fast, safe payment method, that transfers your money to our account within few minutes. It’s easier to refund in case of lost packages. There are two ways of paying via PayPal. Use your account’s balance to pay for your order. It will automatically exchange your money to our currency and set your order as paid. You can also ask PayPal to charge money directly from your bank account – additional fees might appear.

Credit/Debit Card

If you don’t have a PayPal account, don’t worry! You will find a “Credit Card” button. Click it and enter your card’s details to fulfill the payment.

CryptoCurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)

If you wish you can pay with cryptocurrencies. We accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and BitcoinCash. You will find a “Coinbase Commerce” option when you are in the payment section. Click it and after completing your order you will be redirected to a Coinbase Commerce page where you can safely make your payment.

Is my payment secure?

We make your security our priority, by offering only secure and guaranteed safe means of payment. All payments are protected by our SSL encrypted payment processor.

Other Questions

I received import taxes.

Western Aesthetics ships it’s products legally worldwide. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of their country, so we do not accept any responsibility.
